Quotes and Orders
Quotes, cart submissions, and website order requests are requests for review only. They do not create a binding sale until our team confirms pricing, stock availability, freight or delivery terms, tax, and final acceptance with you.
Pricing and Taxes
Displayed or referenced pricing, if any, is subject to correction and final approval. Applicable sales tax will be added where required. Freight, specialty handling, cutting, fabrication, and other service charges may also apply depending on the order.
Availability and Lead Times
Material availability, mill lead times, fabrication timing, and delivery windows can change. We do not guarantee that all requested products, sizes, or schedules will be available at the time of request.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming requested materials, sizes, gauges, lengths, and intended use. Please verify dimensions and project requirements before approving a final order.
Custom Cuts, Fabrication, and Returns
Custom cut, fabricated, special-order, processed, or otherwise non-standard material may be non-returnable or non-refundable. Return requests for stock material, if accepted, may be subject to inspection, handling charges, restocking charges, and approval by our team.
Delivery, Pickup, and Service Work
Pickup schedules, delivery times, and field service timing are coordinated case by case. Bucket truck work, crane support, mobile welding, and related field services depend on crew availability, site conditions, weather, and safety requirements.
